Carpenter/Painter/Steel Fixer

KDA Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter/Painter/Steel Fixer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a broad construction background and the ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work including framing, finishing, installation, and repairs.
• Prepare surfaces and apply paint, coatings, and finishes to required standards.
• Install and secure reinforcing steel according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with project requirements and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Uphold company standards of professionalism on all job sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry, painting, and steel fixing.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and finishing standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual construction work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organized, and dependable.

Working Hours & Benefits
