JOB OPPORTUNITY: Nail Technician Employer: Ocho Rios Falls Natural Strand & Scalp Spa Position: Nail Technician Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands About the Role Ocho Rios Falls Natural Strand & Scalp Spa is currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Nail Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional nail care, waxing, and spa services while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer care. Key Responsibilities Premium Nail Services: Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures tailored to client preferences. Extensions & Enhancements: Expertly applying artificial nails, acrylic, poly gel, hard gel, gel builder, and performing paraffin waxing treatments. Client Consultations: Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable treatments. Spa Services: Providing relaxing, high-quality hand and foot massages, as well as leg and foot waxing. Hygiene & Safety: Strictly sanitizing and sterilizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use. Workspace Maintenance: Ensuring workstations are kept impeccably clean, orderly, and compliant with health regulations. Inventory Management: Monitoring and ensuring that all nail and massage supplies are adequately stocked at all times. Requirements & Qualifications Must possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role. Extensive knowledge of various nail care techniques, artificial nail applications, and waxing. Strong understanding of sanitation and hygiene protocols. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Compensation Salary: CI$8.75 per hour Standard statutory benefits apply in accordance with Cayman Islands Labour Laws.
