Minimum 2–5 years of experience in elevator installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair Strong knowledge of elevator systems, escalators, control panels, and safety procedures Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings Experience with preventive maintenance and emergency repair services Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, and hydraulic systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Strong attention to safety regulations and company standards Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license preferred Technical certification or vocational training in elevator/mechanical/electrical field is an advantage
