Location: Grand Cayman Role Type: Full-time Position: Senior operational role / second-in-command within Electronic Security Solutions Role Purpose The Project Manager – Electronic Security Solutions is a senior operational role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex electronic security projects and services across commercial, critical infrastructure, and recurring-service environments. Reporting directly to the Director of Electronic Security Solutions, this role provides structured execution, operational discipline, and delivery continuity across projects, maintenance, and monitoring activities. The position is designed to strengthen resilience, reduce key-person dependency, and ensure that complex security systems are delivered and supported with consistency, accuracy, and reliability. The role suits an analytical, technically minded professional who is comfortable operating behind the scenes, managing complexity, and ensuring that systems, schedules, and resources are aligned. Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Systems Delivery
  • Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of electronic security projects, including CCTV, access control, monitoring systems, integrated security platforms, and critical infrastructure deployments.
  • Develop and maintain structured project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate internal technical teams, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Ensure project documentation, configuration records, and handover materials are accurate and complete.
  • Operational Coordination & Scheduling
  • Oversee day-to-day coordination of project work, service activities, and maintenance commitments.
  • Manage technician scheduling, prioritisation, and workload balancing across projects and recurring services.
  • Ensure operational issues are identified early, tracked methodically, and resolved with minimal disruption.
  • Support continuity of operations across planned leave, peak workloads, or unplanned incidents.

  • Act as a secondary point of coordination and knowledge to support contract requirements single individual.
  • Support structured documentation, process consistency, and contingency planning for high-risk and high-availability environments.
  • Work collaboratively with existing senior personnel to strengthen resilience without disrupting established client relationships.
  • Customer Service & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Support consistent customer communication by ensuring accurate scheduling, clear delivery expectations, and reliable follow-through.
  • Work closely with customer service, finance, and operations functions to ensure projects and services are delivered smoothly.
  • Assist with issue resolution by providing structured analysis and clear operational context.
  • Inventory, Procurement & Operational Controls
  • Oversee operational inventory planning for electronic security systems, spares, and project materials.
  • Coordinate procurement requirements in line with project schedules and service demand.
  • Improve accuracy, documentation, and visibility of inventory and asset usage.
  • Support cost control through better planning rather than reactive purchasing.
  • Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement
  • Strengthen operational processes, SOPs, and documentation across projects and services.
  • Introduce consistent planning, reporting, and review disciplines.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements grounded in data and operational realities.

  • Provide continuity when the Director is focused on technical design, strategic initiatives, or business development.
  • Support operational decision-making with structured analysis and clear options.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong background in project management, technical operations, or systems delivery.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects.
  • Formal project management certification (PMP® or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience working with technology-driven systems such as security, telecommunications, infrastructure, or integrated platforms.
  • Demonstrated strength in planning, coordination, documentation, and execution.
  • Comfortable operating in regulated, high-reliability environments.
