Cayman and Caribbean Head office is seeking for a broad range of projects a PM/QS with experience in Cost Planning / Estimates preparation, RFQs and BoQ analysis and reports. Preparation of price calculations and maintenance of databases, with confidence to liaise closely with the client to ensure that performance levels are maintained, and contractors’ accounts are managed effectively.

• Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
• Cost planning and feasibility studies
• Tender documentation, BOQ preparation, and procurement management
• Contract administration and post-contract cost control
• Valuations, change control, and final account negotiation
• Provide cost advice and value engineering during design development
• Manage client relationships and represent BCL in client and project meetings
• Prepare professional reports, estimates, and recommendations
• Contribute to internal databases
