Key Responsibilities
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law/Legal Administration, Human Resources, Education Administration or a related discipline, together with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of qualifications and substantial professional experience. Applicants must demonstrate strong organisational, communication, reporting and computer skills, sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently. Experience in school administration, HR, compliance, finance or regulatory reporting is advantageous. Experience within a specialist educational environment would be beneficial.
Part-time, Tuesday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. This represents 25.5 paid hours per week, averaging 110.5 paid hours per month. Salary: CI$15–20 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The position includes approximately six weeks of scheduled school closure during which work may not be required. Any unpaid closure periods will be specified in the employment contract, subject to statutory annual leave, public holiday entitlements and other applicable employment benefits.
