Janitor

This position involves providing comprehensive cleaning and sanitation services for both residential and commercial properties while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Duties include dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming carpets; and ensuring all assigned areas are clean, organized, and hygienic at all times. The role also includes detailed cleaning services for homes, offices, and various commercial establishments to create a safe and pleasant environment for clients and occupants. Additional responsibilities include pre-construction and post-construction cleaning, which involves removing dust, debris, and leftover materials to prepare properties for occupancy or presentation. The position also requires pre-event and post-event cleaning for parties, functions, and special occasions, ensuring venues are properly prepared before events and thoroughly cleaned afterward. Window cleaning duties are also included, requiring attention to detail to ensure windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors are left spotless and streak-free. The successful individual in this role must be dependable, physically capable of handling cleaning equipment and supplies, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
