Krys Global, part of Arkus Advisory, is a restructuring and dispute resolution firm, with professionals working from offices in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Bermuda, Guernsey, Dubai and USA. We are seeking applications for the below listed position to be based in the Cayman Islands.

SENIOR MANAGER

The Senior Manager will be responsible for management of fraud investigation, corporate recovery, forensic and liquidation assignments. The successful candidate must be capable of assisting the Managing Director with the day-to-day supervision of personnel and client priorities and employing appropriate discretion and professionalism in performing their duties. They are expected to demonstrate good judgment and foresight in decision making and provide effective guidance and managerial support to all members of the organization. Exceptional ability to lead and manage professional staff, excellent report writing skills, strong interpersonal characteristics, the ability to manage to tight deadlines, strong analytical and strategic planning skills are also essential. The candidate is expected to be fully involved in business development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a university degree with a preferred focus on legal, accounting or business. A professionally qualified candidate with a Chartered Accountancy designation or equivalent and / or a recognized, licensed insolvency practitioner is preferred. The successful candidate must have a minimum of six years’ experience in insolvency, fraud and forensic investigation, regulatory, corporate recovery or related fields. They must also have experience in managing and directing significant corporate recovery cases with an emphasis on cross border matters and must be prepared to accept both solvent and court appointments. This is a challenging position that requires the candidate be able to direct and provide oversight on multiple engagements, setting priorities and driving expectations and results. The range of salary for this post is US$120,000 to US$150,000 working 40 hours per week commensurate with experience and qualifications with a comprehensive benefits package to include pension, health, discretionary bonus and 20 days’ vacation.
