About the Role Palm Heights is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations, lead a high-performing kitchen team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences reflective of our luxury hospitality standard The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern luxury hospitality and have experience creating highly personalized, culturally relevant experiences for sophisticated global travelers from the worlds of art, fashion, wellness, music, design, and entertainment. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, personnel, and food production.
  • Develop menus and ensure consistent quality, presentation, and execution.
  • Control food costs, labor costs, inventory, and purchasing.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop culinary team members.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
  • Oversee scheduling, ordering, inventory management, and operational standards.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across menus and guest experiences.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery for restaurant, banquet, and special event operations.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
  • Strong culinary knowledge with expertise in food preparation and kitchen management.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Computer literate with strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
