Retail Operations Supervisor

ABOUT THE ROLE

Tortuga Rum Company is seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to lead consistent, high-quality execution across all our retail locations in Grand Cayman — turning strategic direction into disciplined, day-to-day store performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, audits, and adherence to brand and company standards
• Lead, schedule, and develop store teams, supporting recruitment and coaching alongside HR
• Uphold exceptional customer service and resolve escalations promptly
• Drive commercial execution — promotions, merchandising, and category strategy in-store
• Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain accurate performance reporting

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Business, or related field
• 3–5+ years in retail operations or store management, ideally multi-store/supervisory
• FMCG, premium retail, or travel retail experience an advantage
• Strong leadership, excellent organizational and operational management skills: thrives under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with frequent store visits, occasional travel, and weekend/shift work
• Willingness and ability to work weekends, public holidays, and occasional shift schedules, as required.

Caymanians, Caymanian Status Holders, Permanent Residents, or RERC holders are preferred.
