Our services are tailored to high-net-worth and international families, with a focus on evidence-based guidance, discretion, and continuity of care from pregnancy through the fourth trimester. CAYBABY CO. LTD. recruiting a highly experienced Health and Wellness Representative. This is a senior-level role requiring advanced clinical knowledge (non-practicing in this role), alongside extensive experience in private maternity care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a seamless, high-end client experience across antenatal, birth preparation, and postnatal care. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke antenatal education, including birth preparation and hypnobirthing-based techniques
• Provide in-home postnatal and newborn care support, including overnight maternity care (up to 10–12 hour shifts)
• Support infant feeding (breastfeeding and bottle feeding) from an education and guidance perspective
• Implement structured newborn sleep guidance programmes from early infancy
• Conduct birth planning consultations and post-birth debriefs
• Provide nursery preparation and safety consultations (in-home and virtual)
• Maintain detailed care documentation and client progress reports
• Deliver services with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity
• Work independently within private households and liaise appropriately with medical professionals where required

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery or Nursing (or international equivalent)
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in maternity or newborn care
• Demonstrated experience working in private maternity care or high-net-worth households
• Formal training or certification in hypnobirthing instruction (e.g. KG Hypnobirthing or equivalent)
• Proven experience in newborn sleep education and routine establishment
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based perinatal and postnatal care practices
• Experience delivering one-to-one antenatal education sessions
• Ability to work independently in private home settings, including overnight shifts
• Current Newborn CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid Police Clearance Certificate

Highly Desirable (Preferred)

• UK, US, or equivalent internationally recognized midwifery training
• Experience across both public healthcare systems and private maternity care settings
• Additional certification in sleep training methodologies
• Postnatal doula or newborn care specialist certification
• Experience supporting international or relocating families
• Excellent written communication skills for client reporting and education materials
