Operations & Client Experience Manager Salary Range US$90,000 – US$110,000 We are seeking an experienced and service-driven professional to lead office operations and elevate the client and employee experience. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of the office while driving efficiency, consistency, and scalability across operations. You will act as a central point of coordination across teams, implement best-practice processes, and ensure continuity of service delivery. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering a best-in-class client experience, embedding high service standards inspired by luxury hospitality principles. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will enhance client engagement and retention while ensuring a professional, polished front-of-house environment that reflects WPS' brand and values. In addition, you will lead initiatives to foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture, driving employee engagement, supporting onboarding and development, and partnering with leadership on change management and strategic initiatives. You will act as a key advisor to senior management, identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, enhance service delivery, and strengthen alignment across the business. Key Requirements

  • 10 years’ experience in client experience, luxury hospitality, or high-touch service environments, ideally with exposure to HNW clients
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and implementing high service standards
  • 2–3 years’ experience leading, motivating, and developing teams, including through periods of change
  • Strong operational management experience, with ability to oversee multiple functions and drive consistency
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflict, and deliver outcomes
  • Experience identifying and implementing operational efficiencies that enhance service and/or reduce costs
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence with a strong client-facing presence
