Navigate the boat in accordance with relevant regulations and safety standards in the Cayman Islands Waters. 10 year's experience as boat Operator in the Cayman Islands waters Be capable of operating vessels with 30+ passengers occupancy Obtain a group 3 license or above for bus Transport Current CPR Valid Certificate IYT Boat Certification (locally trained) Maintain and clean All boats Communicate with large vessels and other vessels near Tour locations on VHF Radios Organize and supervise loading and unloading of passengers Day/ Nighttime schedules. Work Shifts consisting of Day time trips and Night tour for Bioluminesences tours Daily. Monitor weather conditions and adjust the boat's speed and route accordingly / Making Decisions on canceling tours if bad weather conditions are present. Perform basic maintenance of the boat as well as assisting Mechanic when Engine services are needed Pickup Hotel guests
