Digicel Cayman Limited. is seeking applicants for a full-time role, Regional Head of Mobile – Atlantic. This person will report to Regional Head of B2C – Atlantic. The Regional Head of Mobile – Atlantic is accountable for the full commercial performance of the Mobile business (Prepaid and Postpaid) across all Atlantic markets (Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Turks & Caicos, British Virgin Islands). This role owns Mobile revenue, subscriber base, ARPU, churn, and profitability, by defining and driving the regional commercial strategy, pricing, offers, base management, and value optimization, while working in close partnership with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams for execution. The role is explicitly not responsible for sales channel execution, but is the single point of accountability for what we sell, to whom, at what value, and why.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Mobile Commercial Strategy & Performance
Define and execute the regional Mobile commercial strategy for Prepaid and Postpaid
Own Mobile Service Revenue, Gross Adds, Net Adds, ARPU, and Churn
Ensure delivery of Entry Point, FY budgets, and in-year reforecasts
Translate Group and regional strategy into clear, actionable commercial priorities for markets
Base Management & Value Optimisation
Own the end-to-end Mobile base management strategy, including:
Voluntary and involuntary churn reduction
Contract lifecycle and renewal strategy
Upsell and value migration
CLTV maximization
Define retention guardrails and economics in partnership with Finance and CX
Ensure retention activity protects value and avoids margin dilution
Pricing, Offers & Promotions
Own Mobile pricing architecture (Prepaid and Postpaid)
Design regional offers, promotions, and bundles, with clear ROI logic
Ensure strong governance around:
Discounting
Device subsidies and financing
Promotional effectiveness
Balance competitiveness with long-term value and profitability
Commercial Input to Distribution & Channels (Non-GTM)
Define commercial priorities and economics for all Mobile channels
Own:
Channel performance economics
Commission and incentive logic (with Finance and GTM)
Partner and reseller commercial models
Work closely with Regional GTM and Market GTM Managers to ensure:
Clear handover from strategy to execution
Strong feedback loop from field execution into commercial design
Financial Ownership & Business Cases
Own the Mobile P&L view at regional level
Partner with Finance on:
Budgeting and forecasting
Margin and subsidy control
Device and offer profitability
Lead development of business cases for new Mobile initiatives
Data, Analytics & Decision-Making
Leverage BI / CVM teams to ensure:
Clear visibility of performance drivers
Consistent definitions of KPIs across markets
Data-driven commercial decisions
Use analytics to continuously refine pricing, offers, and retention strategies
Governance & Stakeholder Management
Ensure alignment with Group Commercial Frameworks
Represent Atlantic Mobile priorities in Group forums
Provide clear, structured updates to senior leadership on:
Performance
Risks
Corrective actions
Academic qualifications and experience required for job
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field
MBA or equivalent preferred
Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2C Mobile, Telecoms, or Technology
At least 5 years in senior commercial leadership roles
Proven experience owning Mobile P&L, pricing, and base management
Experience working across multiple markets / geographies
Strong track record of partnering with Sales / GTM without owning execution

Working Condition
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Regional Head of B2C with a dotted-line relationship to Group Prepaid and Postpaid Directors. Geographical Scope: Responsible for all Mobile Commercial Strategy & Operations across the Atlantic Region markets — Cayman Islands, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, and Turks & Caicos Islands. Travel Requirements: Frequent regional travel (approximately 30–40%) to oversee market operations, lead commercial reviews, and support local execution. Work Environment: Hybrid model combining regional office presence and market visits, with flexible hours to accommodate multiple time zones and business priorities. Workdays: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Weekly Hours: 40
Salary Range: KYD $90,000.00 – KYD $105,000.00 per annum depending on qualifications, knowledge and experience
