Operations Coordinator - Drilling and Septic Services

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the company’s drilling and septic systems operations. Duties Include: (but are not limited to)

• Supervision of companies Drilling and Septic Services departments
• Liaison with customers for job queries, quotes and scheduling of works
• Budget and cost controls for the respected departments, to be reported to Management
• Inventory control for Drilling and Septic supplies; Submits orders to suppliers for replenishment of inventory
• Management of company assets, including vehicles and property.
• Liaise with the service department for scheduled servicing and supply of parts related to the departments
• Tracking incoming and outgoing parts/merchandise, coordinate the delivery of parts to job sites/machines; maintain and update inventory records
• Prepare monthly report to include but not limited to; of any shortages, overstock and discrepancies in inventory records to Manager.
• Prepare sales forecasts and expense budgets for the departments
• Implementation and maintenance of software particular to these departments

Applicants should possess the following education, experience, attributes and skills:

• Possess a post-secondary degree
• At least 15 years of experience Work Experience in Logistics or related field
• Proficient & Competent Computer skills in Microsoft Applications as well as email and the internet
• Pays close attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage conflicting demands. Able to work on own initiative
• Trustworthy and abide by company confidentiality policy
• Attend to detail to identify defective products
• Good organization, leadership, problem-solving and planning skills
• Able to communicate and report effectively with both verbal and written communication
• Willing to work as oncall to accommodate the Emergency services to support the companys after hours service
