Carpenter’s Helper

We are seeking dependable Carpenter’s Helpers for full time employment to support our interior carpentry team on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has hands on construction experience, can work safely with tools, and is motivated to learn and grow within the trade. Key Responsibilities

• Assist interior carpenters with installing doors, frames, trims, hardware, and accessories
• Support interior framing tasks including installing metal and wood studs for partitions and interior build outs
• Prepare and stage materials such as studs, drywall, and interior components
• Support layout and measurements for interior installations
• Operate basic carpentry tools such as drills, saws, nail guns, and drivers
• Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout the day
• Assist with job site setup including scaffolding, ladders, and equipment organization

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2–5 years of construction experience, preferably in interior carpentry or interior framing
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and measurements
• Comfortable working at heights and using PPE
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethics
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform carpentry tasks for extended periods.
• Clean police clearance and drug-free status required
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.
