Must have excellent customer service skills, and able to deal with a wide range of customers. Must be computer literate and have keyboarding knowledge; able to generate daily reports for sales and logging of customer items. Possess high school certification or higher with a good command of the English language, having another language would be an asset. Having knowledge in a wide range of fabrics would be an asset. Must be able to comprehend and follow instructions, attention to details and able to work on own initiative. Must be able to read labels on customer’s items to understand processing required. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as operating and maintaining instructions and procedural manual. Must have 3-4 years experience.
