Nail Technician

Position Overview Belle Beauty is seeking a skilled, professional Nail Technician to join our growing team. This role requires strong technical ability, excellent client service, and strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is passionate about nail artistry, committed to high standards, and comfortable working in a fast paced beauty environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylic enhancements, nail art, and other nail services to a professional standard.
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols in accordance with Public Health guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including consultations, aftercare guidance, and product recommendations.
• Manage appointment schedules to ensure punctuality and smooth client flow.
• Uphold salon brand standards, professionalism, and a positive team culture.
• Promote retail products and support salon revenue goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Nail Technician in a professional salon environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in gel systems, acrylic systems, e-file techniques, and advanced nail artistry.
• Strong knowledge of health, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a client focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary will be commensurate with ability and experience within the range of KYD20,475-KYD$22,815 per annum. Statutory health insurance and pension benefits are also offered.
