We are seeking an experienced Dragline Operator with expertise in operating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting a Manitowoc 4600 Dragline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operations, safety rigging, and machinery maintenance to support our quarry operations.
Operate the Manitowoc 4600 Dragline safely and efficiently in quarry operations. Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve equipment issues. Apply knowledge of safety rigging procedures for cranes and draglines to ensure safe lifting and material handling. Conduct scheduled maintenance checks and assist with general maintenance and repairs on machinery. Maintain accurate logs and reports related to equipment condition, maintenance, and operations. Collaborate with team members to support efficient and safe operations on site.
Proven experience operating and troubleshooting the Manitowoc 4600 Dragline. Knowledge of crane and dragline rigging safety procedures. Ability to perform physically demanding work in a quarry environment. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Commitment to safety and adherence to site procedures. Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as required.
