Packer

Job Title: Packer Job Summary Clarke’s Enterprises is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing, organizing, and preparing goods for shipment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack and prepare incoming and outgoing orders according to specifications.
• Sort, organize, and store goods to ensure efficient workflow and easy retrieval.
• Receive, unpack, and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality control.
• Stock and arrange products in designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload goods onto trucks, containers, and storage racks using appropriate equipment, including forklifts.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper product rotation.
• Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging and report any issues to supervisors.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and palletizers as required.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Packer or equivalent
• Forklift certification would be a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required (50 lbs)
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to provide employment references from previous employers
