Steel Fixer/Carpenter/Mason

KDA Construction is seeking a versatile and experienced construction professional with expertise in steel fixing, carpentry, and masonry. This role requires a highly skilled individual capable of contributing across multiple phases of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and secure reinforcing steel according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Construct and dismantle formwork for concrete structures.
• Perform masonry work, including block laying, concrete finishing, and repairs.
• Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.
• Measure, cut, bend, and install reinforcing steel accurately.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of work.
• Operate construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and site crews.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.
• Assist with additional construction duties as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer, Carpenter, and Mason.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with formwork construction and concrete placement.
• Excellent understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding construction tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Working Hours & Benefits
