This is a multipurpose position. Duties and responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and plating meals; assisting customers and creating successful sales opportunities; networking with customers and businesses; managing phone calls and emails; social media management and content creation; assisting with deliveries and collection of supplies when required; maintaining records of customer interactions; ensuring an excellent customer experience; assisting with general operational tasks as needed; and demonstrating knowledge of plant-based products and vegan cuisine. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service, food & beverage, or retail, a minimum of 5 years of experience with vegan cuisine and plant-based food preparation, experience with measuring food portions and macro-based meal preparation, and reliable own transportation. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50lbs The schedule consists of 40–45 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as required.
