Home Gas is a privately owned company with approximately eight thousand business and residential customers on all three of the Cayman Islands. We are looking for a Propane Information Coordinator to join our team! This is a front-line operation and customer service position responsible for coordinating the information generated from our island wide safety audit and entering to our Ignite database and bespoke Home Gas portal. This information is then passed across to dispatch for customer communication and scheduling. Our ideal candidate will possess a combination of database technology proficiency and the ability to understand and apply to propane-related account information. Organizational skills are a must! This is a critical role that must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, productivity, safety, and efficiency.

As a Propane Information Coordinator you must understand, communicate, and show a high level of safety awareness as they relate to our customers and employees. The salary range for this role is $15-18 per hour on a 45-hour week contract with the statutory labour law benefits package.
