Lenny’s Construction Ltd, T/A Lenny’s Janitorial is looking for a Janitor who have basic maintenance knowledge around building repairs and some experience cleaning. The Janitor will be responsible for performing general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities are kept in excellent condition. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards Key Duties and Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and good condition of buildings and surrounding areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, clean restrooms, and replenish supplies. Perform heavy cleaning tasks, including washing walls, glass, floors, and removing waste. Collect and dispose of trash and clean spills safely and promptly. Carry out minor repairs and report major maintenance issues to supervisors. Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is used safely and correctly. Secure premises as required and complete assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. Assist with special cleaning projects and work with contracted cleaning services when needed
Ability to manage your time efficiently. Work well when supervisors are not present. Ability to lift at least 25-30 pounds. Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work. Basic math skills. Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. High school diploma. Able to use basic cleaning equipment. With a clean police record.
