Maintenance Technician

Provide six days per week assistance to property management, security, and individual tenants on day to day maintenance issues.

• Make small repairs at harbour centre.
• Observe appearance along with premises condition such as garden/landscaping, sanitation, pressure wash.
• Log all services/repairs carried out/completed at harbour centre.
• Undertake errands susch as dropping off documents, collecting mail, checks, meter reading, inventory purchase.
• Interact with building generator, fire alarm or air conditioner contractor as necessary.
• Any other work assigned by the management
