Commercial building and property cleaning, which involves sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, removing trash and debris from work areas and disposing of it properly. Residential customers will also include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, removing trash and proper disposal. Dusting, laundry any other tasks needed. Ability to lift 50 pounds, and kneel, bend, stand, and work for extended periods. Cayman Driver's licence and police clearance required. $8.75 per hours and required pension, insurance and leave benefits in accordance to the Cayman Labour Act.
