Junior Account Manager

The Junior Account Manager works with the Client Relationship Officer as a first point of contact with existing customers, they answer any queries and ultimately increase client satisfaction. The role is responsible in building profitable, long-term relationships with the clients to reach the business objectives.

Roles and responsibilities

• Colleting of information on assigned clients.
• Reaching out to clients to understand their requirements.
• Ensuring prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships, through regular communication.
• Reporting on the status of the accounts.
• Coordinating with the CRO to create customized plan offerings for key clients.
