Master Barber

Our space seamlessly blends timeless tradition with modern sophistication, offering a comprehensive full-service experience that includes a spa, salon, hydrotherapy facilities, and private wellness areas. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Barber to join our founding team. This individual will represent the prestigious Truefitt & Hill brand and must demonstrate technical mastery, refined service, and the ability to consistently deliver the highest level of guest service to a discerning VIP clientele. Key Responsibilities Guest Services & Experience

• Provide world-class grooming services: precision haircuts, beard sculpting, and hot towel shaves
• Conduct thorough consultations tailored to each guest’s needs and preferences
• Deliver highly personalised, discreet, and intuitive service to VIP clients
• Offer expert advice on grooming products and after-care routines
• Maintain a polished and professional image at all times

Operational Excellence

• Adhere to strict hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Ensure grooming spaces are impeccably clean, organised, and well-stocked
• Follow and maintain all Meraki Wellness SOPs and service protocols
• Stay current with the latest grooming tools, techniques, and guest service trends

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with spa, salon, and wellness colleagues for seamless service delivery
• Participate in training, pre-opening projects, and team meetings
• Contribute feedback and insights to support operational excellence

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury barbering (e.g., Forbes Five-Star spa, heritage grooming house)
• Certificate in barbering or hairstyling from an internationally recognised institution (must be submitted with application)
• Expertise in traditional and modern grooming techniques (e.g., straight razor, scissor-over-comb, beard design)
• Proven ability to deliver luxury-level service to VIP clients with professionalism and discretion
• Strong grooming product knowledge and aftercare consultation experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Immaculate grooming, hygiene, and professional presentation
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with Truefitt & Hill or similar luxury grooming brands
• Familiarity with Zenoti or other spa/salon booking systems
• Retail sales experience in high-end grooming environments
• Experience implementing and working under detailed SOPs
