Duties & Responsibilities The successful candidate will contribute to the growth of Campbells’ corporate practice by advising clients on a broad range of corporate, investment funds, finance-related and regulatory matters, including corporate structuring, foundation companies, digital asset and Web3 projects, fund formation and launch work, cross-border M&A, joint ventures, equity capital markets and corporate governance; taking an active role in business development and marketing the department to existing and potential clients; and managing matters and supervising attorneys and trainees on the team. Salary & Benefits Campbells offers an attractive remuneration package, with a salary in the range of US$220,000.00 to US$285,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications, eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, and statutory benefits as required by law.
