We currently have an opportunity for a lawyer with a strong corporate law background to join the prestigious corporate team in our Cayman Islands office. Individuals will work as part of the corporate M&A team in the Cayman Islands corporate practice, advising institutional and non-institutional clients, both locally and internationally, on equity offerings IPOs, joint ventures, private equity work, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and regulatory issues. We are currently recruiting for a commonwealth qualified lawyer with a minimum of six years’ post qualification experience in corporate M&A practice from a top tier corporate or commercial firm. The candidate will be familiar with large scale corporate transactions (domestic and cross border), capital markets transactions, venture capital investments and general corporate and corporate finance work. Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications, within the range of US$170,000 to US$200,000, plus discretionary bonus.
