Greeting & seating guests; providing timely & efficient table service; Accurate order taking and bill preparation; responsible for collecting cash & credit/debit payments; Reconciling cash-out deposits; Thorough knowledge of food and bar menus, as well as daily specials in order to be able to answer our patrons' questions and make recommendations; Responsible alcohol service; and Maintaining clean tables, service areas & sections
