Lee’s Office Products Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail – Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store and ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of our business and requires an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a working knowledge of office supplies, equipment, and inventory systems.
Supervise daily retail operations and coordinate tasks for frontline retail staff. Ensure all customer inquiries and transactions are handled efficiently and professionally. Oversee product displays, stock rotation, and merchandising to maximize visual appeal and accessibility. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely replenishment. Assist with processing customer orders, returns, and special requests in-store, by phone, or by email. Conduct end-of-day reports, reconcile cash registers, and ensure transaction accuracy. Provide training and support to junior staff on customer service standards and product knowledge. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or service challenges in a timely manner. Support management in planning promotional activities and seasonal sales preparation. Ensure adherence to company policies, including dress code, timekeeping, and professional conduct. Liaise with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Minimum 5–6 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead role. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Proficiency in using POS systems, basic inventory software, and email platforms. Ability to manage and multitask in a busy retail environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently. Knowledge of office supplies and furniture is a strong asset.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 50 lbs. Must be willing to work alternating Saturdays and extra hours during peak retail periods (e.g., Back-to-School season). Dress code compliance and a professional demeanor are required at all times.
