Optical Outlook is seeking an Optical Dispenser Optical Outlook has been the leading eye care provider in the Cayman Islands for 30 years and now needs a suitably experienced Dispensing Optician to satisfy continued growth and demand. We envisage that the suitable candidate will require a minimum of five years’ experience working in practice and will possess appropriate academic qualifications, for example, Association of British Dispensing Opticians, or equivalent. Candidates will also need excellent knowledge of lenses and frame choice. Daily tasks will include providing an excellent service to patients, advising on frame fitting and lens recommendations, making frame adjustments and processing dispenses. The applicant should be familiar with using patient management software, making appointments, ordering lenses and liaising with suppliers and insurance providers. Compensation will be based on experience in the range of CI$30,000 to CI$35,000 and will include benefits in line with the requirements of the Cayman Islands Labour Law.
