Employer: 360 SLAY HAIR STUDIO (formerly The Room Beauty Suite) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair-cutting, styling, colouring, treatment, and blowout services.
• Install and maintain K-Tip hair extensions.
• Perform Brazilian Keratin Treatments.
• Cut, style, and care for Latin-textured hair.
• Consult with clients and recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and products.
• Maintain a clean, sanitised, and organised workstation.
• Manage appointments and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with other salon duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ verifiable experience as a professional hairdresser.
• Must be skilled and experienced in:

o K-Tip hair extensions o Brazilian Keratin Treatments o Cutting and styling Latin-textured hair o Professional blowouts

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish due to the salon’s client-service requirements.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be well-groomed, reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to multitask and manage a busy appointment schedule.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must provide satisfactory professional references and a portfolio of previous work.
