Job Description
Develop a creative and effective program suitable for preschool children using BrightWheel.
Guide and support teaching partner(s) in understanding their roles and the teacher’s role.
Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children.
Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem through BrightWheel.
Encourage children to interact with each other and help resolve occasional conflicts.
Guide children in developing their artistic and practical capabilities through a well-constructed curriculum (identifying shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.).
Organize nap and snack times and supervise children to ensure their safety.
Track children's progress and report to parents using BrightWheel.
Communicate regularly with parents to understand the children’s background and psyche through BrightWheel and one-on-one meetings.
Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
