Cayman Academy invites applications from suitably qualified and committed educators for the position of Primary School Teacher.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum standards.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and Christ-centered classroom environment.
• Integrating Christian values and principles throughout the teaching and learning experience.
• Assessing student progress and providing meaningful feedback to support growth.
• Using effective teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.
• Maintaining accurate student records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to promote student success.
• Participating actively in school programs, worships, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives.
• Demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to the mission and values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Minimum Qualification

Education Requirement: B.Ed. Degree in Primary Education Salary Range: $37,000 - $55,000 Annually - Based on qualifications and experience.
