KITCHEN HELPER / CLEANER

The Applicants responsibilities as a KITCHEN HELPER / CLEANER includes

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Preparing ingredients for the baker
• Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils and baking instruments.
• Neatly putting away all utensils, baking instruments and dishes in their respective places.
• Packing take-out orders as needed.
• Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.
• Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.
• Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
