Job Description

Generate and qualify new sales leads. Identify potential customers and business opportunities. Conduct cold calls, emails, and networking activities. Schedule and attend client meetings. Visit client offices to understand business requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Explain IT solutions, software, hardware, cloud, and cybersecurity services. Gather and analyze client technical and business needs. Prepare customized IT solution proposals. Coordinate with technical teams to design suitable solutions. Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients. Address client questions, concerns, and objections. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements. Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets. Track sales opportunities through the sales pipeline. Update customer information and activities in CRM systems. Monitor project requirements and implementation progress. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services. Manage account renewals and contract extensions. Collect client feedback and share it with management. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans. Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns. Follow up on quotations and pending proposals. Maintain regular communication with decision-makers and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities from existing clients. Support clients during onboarding and solution deployment. Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and service requests. Work closely with support and implementation teams to meet client expectations. Develop long-term partnerships to increase repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business development targets. Maintain knowledge of emerging IT technologies, products, and industry trends.
