ICF Builders Construction Company is seeking a reliable, skilled, and hardworking Handyman to perform general repairs, maintenance, and support duties across various areas of construction and property maintenance. Responsibilities Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, gardening, hauling, and general repairs. Clear and maintain common areas and work spaces. Identify and correct safety hazards. Assemble furniture, equipment, appliances, and machinery. Assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. Liaise with contractors, workers, customers, and supervisors. Operate vehicles and assist with hauling when required. Follow all security, safety, and company procedures. Respond to customer concerns and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Maintain tools and equipment and ensure work areas remain clean and organized.
5-6 years of experience Knowledge and practical experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, gardening, or hauling. Strong customer service, communication, supervision, and time-management skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently. Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment and materials. Reliable, responsible, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently. Ability to work effectively with contractors, coworkers, and customers. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow security and safety guidelines. Clean police record required.
