Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Assist with new and refurbished construction projects, demolition, site preparation, installing/fixing: windows, doors, furniture, etc.
• Able to operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely
• Store and retrieve materials, tools, and equipment properly.
• Perform general maintenance duties of new and refurbishment projects,
• Must follow safety site rules, and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow Supervisors instructions, and work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Finished product must meet high quality standards on inspection.

Use of materials must be cost effective and efficient, not wasteful

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow workers to coordinate tasks for easy flow of work
• Assist in measuring, cutting, fitting according to plans and blueprints.
• Maintain and minor repair of construction equipment as needed.
• Maintenance of Site and buildings (yard, Fixtures,Fittings any general duties)

Ability to work unassisted and unsupervised at times.
