Properties maintaince

Repair all types of work in properties in the Cayman Islands.

• At 7-8 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
• Knowledgeable in drywall, tiling, masonry, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, and HVAC service and installations.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to quality service
• Must have own tools and transport
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish
