Job Description

In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
Managing Site Operatives, Works and Health & Safety
Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with all relevant drawings, schedules, processes and methods, and records are accurate and complete.
Proficiency in MS Office
Assist Construction/Project Manager to manage, co-ordinate and supervise subcontractors
A minimum level of construction health and safety qualification, such as OSHA30 would be beneficial.
