The successful candidate will take a lead role in our eDiscovery and Digital Forensics department, providing operational management, service delivery and expert advice to clients. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing matters across the project lifecycle, optimising workflows, ensuring high-quality and defensible service delivery, supporting continuous improvement, and assisting with sales and client engagement activities. In addition to advanced analytics, you will also help the team and clients understand and apply AI-enabled capabilities within modern eDiscovery workflows, including Retrieval Augmented Generated searching, continuous active learning with intelligent classifier modelling, Generative AI Review, and Agentic AI usage. The role also includes providing operational support for sales efforts, fostering professional development within the team, and maintaining strong client relationships.
High School or Equivalent
Reveal Certification Bundles (preferred): Reveal Project Admin, Reveal Reviewer, Reveal AI Specialist, aji Professional. Alternative Reveal Non-Bundles Certifications (accepted) Certifications: Reveal Processing, Reveal Review, Reveal GenAI aji Administrator, Reveal Environment Access and Reveal AI Model Framework Certifications.
15 years or more of experience in the legal technology industry, with a strong focus on eDiscovery and digital forensics. Previous experience or training in forensic software, including but not limited to Magnet AXIOM Cyber, X-Ways Forensics, FTK Forensic Toolkit and OpenText EnCase, as well as mobile device collection. Proven track record in managing and executing eDiscovery projects in line with EDRM guidelines and industry best practice. Experience using AI-enabled eDiscovery capabilities, including generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, natural language querying, AI-assisted document review, classification workflows and emerging agentic AI tools, with an understanding of how these technologies can be applied efficiently and defensibly with appropriate validation, quality control and human oversight. Experience providing operational support for sales efforts, driving revenue growth and supporting the expansion of the customer base.
