We provide evidence-based psychological, mental health, behavioural, and developmental services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our multidisciplinary team includes Clinical Psychologists, Educational Psychologists, Counsellors, Behaviour Analysts, Behaviour Technicians, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Developmental Specialists working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, client-centred care. Position Summary The Wellness Centre is seeking a licensed Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in a full-time salaried position with a primary focus on comprehensive psychological assessment. The successful candidate will conduct standardized psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults to support diagnostic clarification and treatment planning. The role also includes providing feedback to clients and caregivers, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice through high-quality client care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments across the lifespan using standardized cognitive, academic, behavioural, neuropsychological, adaptive, and personality assessment instruments. Administer, score, interpret, and integrate assessment findings for diagnostic clarification, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Learning Disorders, Intellectual Developmental Disorder, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and personality disorders. Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and timely psychological assessment reports in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Conduct feedback sessions with clients, caregivers, schools, employers, physicians, and other referral sources, translating assessment findings into practical recommendations. Maintain a consistent assessment caseload while meeting established productivity expectations and maintaining high standards of clinical care. Collaborate effectively with physicians, schools, employers, allied health professionals, and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using the Company's electronic health record system. Participate in peer consultation, supervision, continuing professional development, and quality improvement activities. Contribute to the ongoing development and reputation of The Wellness Centre through excellent clinical care and professional collaboration. Community and Professional Responsibilities Develop and deliver educational presentations, workshops, and wellness seminars for community organizations and corporate clients. Participate in sponsored health promotion activities and public awareness initiatives. Contribute professional content for educational and social media initiatives that support mental health awareness and reflect the Company's mission, vision, and values. Additional Company Responsibilities Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice. Complete documentation and clinical reports within established timelines. Perform additional clinical duties assigned by the Clinical Manager or Director. Uphold all Company policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or another closely related psychology discipline that qualifies the applicant for registration as a Psychologist in the Cayman Islands. Current registration as a Psychologist, or eligibility for registration with the Cayman Islands Health Practice Commission. Demonstrated competency administering, scoring, interpreting, and integrating standardized psychological assessments across the lifespan. Strong diagnostic formulation and psychological report writing skills. Working knowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria and evidence-based assessment practices. Strong foundation in trauma-informed clinical care. Experience providing culturally responsive and developmentally appropriate psychological services. Proficiency using digital assessment scoring and reporting platforms. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Satisfactory Police Clearance. Working Conditions Services are primarily delivered from The Wellness Centre in Grand Cayman, with occasional community, school, corporate, or workplace visits. The position requires prolonged computer use, administration of standardized psychological assessments, report writing, and collaboration with multidisciplinary professionals. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet operational or community outreach needs.
