Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites. Keep records of maintenance work performed and materials used. Assist with property improvement and renovation projects as required. Perform other duties related to general maintenance and property upkeep as assigned.
