Job Description Position- Gardener and Handyman Employment Type -Full Time Location- Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Gardener and Handyman to support property maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out gardening, general maintenance, cleaning, and minor repair duties to ensure that properties are well maintained, safe, and presentable at all times. Key Responsibilities Perform general gardening and landscaping duties, including trimming, weeding, planting, watering, and maintaining outdoor areas. Carry out gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and general exterior cleaning. Conduct basic maintenance and minor repair works as required. Replace AC filters, light bulbs, and smoke detector batteries. Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of residential and or commercial properties. Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and properly maintained. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in gardening, landscaping, general maintenance, or handyman work. Must have own reliable transportation. Must possess a valid Cayman Islands driver’s licence. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good knowledge of basic maintenance tools, equipment, and safety practices. Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Honest, dependable, punctual, and hardworking. Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
