We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Beverage Server to join our professional team and help maintain our high standards of service. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner. Take and deliver beverage orders efficiently and accurately. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and specialty drinks, in accordance with company standards and Cayman Islands licensing laws. Process payments accurately and manage cash/card transactions responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, tables, and guest service stations. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible beverage service. Assist with beverage restocking and inventory maintenance throughout shifts. Promote in-house specials, events, and VIP packages to guests. Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and management during busy service periods. Be available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a nightclub, bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and common drink recipes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. Must be at least 18 years old in accordance with Cayman Islands liquor laws. Clean police record required. Professional appearance, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
