The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall upkeep of our facilities and grounds, ensuring all equipment, machinery, and structures remain in safe and excellent working condition. Key Responsibilities & Duties General Building Maintenance: Fabricate, repair, and maintain walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural elements. Materials Handling: Handle and work with various building materials such as bricks, drywall, tiles, and other construction materials. Plumbing & Painting: Perform interior and exterior painting as needed, and execute basic plumbing repairs and fixes. Machinery & Equipment: Install, maintain, and service company machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Groundskeeping: Manage the general upkeep and cleanliness of the surrounding grounds and outdoor areas. Other Duties: Perform any other general maintenance or physical tasks as reasonably requested. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, construction, or a closely related field. Education: No formal educational degree required, but technical or vocational training in maintenance-related fields is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to work diligently. Well-mannered, professional, and hardworking demeanor. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Compensation & Benefits Salary/Wage: CI$ 12.00 per hour (Approx.
