Culinary expertise, extensive food knowledge, extensive knowledge of American & Caribbean proper cleaning techniques and proper food and safety measures, experienced in Back of House daily operations, food preparation, knife-skills, any additional duties as required by the business. Including but not limited to any additional assistance as required in the day to day operations of the kitchen. Candidate must also possess minimum 5 years of current kitchen experience, will be required to contribute to menu planning and food safety.
