Job Description

Oversee daily bar operations and ensure exceptional guest service
Prepare cocktails and beverages to recipe, quality and presentation standards
Develop and maintain cocktail/drinks menus, including signature creations
Train and guide bar staff on drink preparation, recipes, service and bar standards
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, garnishes and mixology techniques
Manage bar stock, inventory, ordering and waste control
Ensure proper bar setup, closing, cleanliness and organization
Operate POS system and ensure accurate handling of guest transactions
Maintain consistent beverage quality, portion control and service standards
Ensure compliance with company procedures, sanitation and responsible alcohol-service standards
Assist with hosting, food running, catering and general team support as required
Strong leadership, communication, teamwork and customer-service skills
Experienced, reliable, organized and able to work effectively under pressure
Professional, self-motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Perform other duties as assigned based on operational and business needs
